  3. Collection and recording of personal data
  4. When visiting our website www.hausverwaltung-spreeufer.de, due to the browser used on your device, there are information which are automatically sent to the server of our website. That information is recorded temporarily in a so-called logfile. The following in- formation are collected without your participation and until deleted automatically:

    • IP-addresse of your used device,
    • Date and time of access,
    • name und URL of the accessed data,
    • website you accessed the page from (referrer-URL),
    • used browser and operation system of the used device as well as the name of your access provider.

    This data is used for the following reasons:

    • warranty of a smooth website usage
    • warranty of a user friendly website interface
    • analysis of security and stability as well as other administrative reason

    The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is based on the prior list of reasons of data collection. We do not intend to identify you individually and we will not use the collected data accordingly.

  5. Usage of data
  6. When contacting us (e.g. via e-mail), we will process your personal data to handle your request and for the possibility of a follow-up question.

    If the processing of data is necessary for executing pre-contract measurements following your request or if you already are our customer for executing a contract the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR.

    Additional private data will only be processed when given consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 a) GDPR) or in case we have a legitimate interest on processing your data (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR). A legitimate interest can be seen e.g. in answering an e-mail.

  7. Data transfer to third parties
  8. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for other reasons than the following will not be happening. We will transfer your data to third parties when:

    • You have given your consent according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR,
    • The transfer is necessary in accordance to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of personal data,
    • In case transfer is necessary according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject,
    • Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.


  9. Rights of the data subject
  10. You have the right:

    • According to Art. 15 GDPR the right of access to data processing. Especially you can obtain our confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed; the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed; where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; the existence of the right to request from us rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source,
    • According to Art. 16 GDPR the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectifica- tion of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her,
    • According to Art. 17 GDPR the right to require that we will erase personal data without undue delay, except when processing is necessary for executing the freedom of speech; for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Member State law to which we are subject; for reasons of public interest in the area for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes of public health; for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or his- torical research purposes or statistical purposes; for the establishment, exercise or de- fense of legal claims,
    • According to Art. 18 GDPR the right to obtain from us restriction of processing when you contest the accuracy of the personal data; the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
    • According to Art. 20 GDPR the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without our hindrance to which the personal data have been provided,
    • According to Art. 7 Abs. 3 GDPR the right to withdraw your consent at any time as well as,
    • According to Art. 77 GDPR the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal da- ta relating to him or her infringes this Regulation.


  11. Right to object
  12. In case your personal data has been processed due to a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR you have the right to object to future processing in accord- ance with Art. 21 GDPR if there are reasons based on the establishment, exercise or de- fence of legal claims or the objection concerns direct marketing purposes.   13. Data security
  14. We are using the well-known SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) at the highest enc- ryption level your browser supports. Usually the encryption level is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256 bit encryption we will use the 128 bit v3 technology instead. Whether a specific page of our website is encrypted can be recognized by the little key or lock symbol at your browser’s task list.

    In addition, we are using appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk such as accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or entire loss, destruction or unauthorized access of third parties. Our security measures are subject to continual adjustments to the technological development.

  15. Timeliness and change of this data protection policy
  16. This data protection is timely as of May 2018. Due to the improvement of our websites or due to changing legal requirements this data protection policy is object to change if necessary.
